Tenants pay online via ACH, which is faster and more reliable than checks, and the expectation of on-time payment is built into every lease we sign.

Rent is collected online, owners are paid on a fixed schedule, and a real-time portal means you always know exactly where things stand — no PDF that arrives two weeks late. Your monthly owner statement itemizes every dollar collected and every expense paid, and your year-end tax documents are generated automatically so your accountant gets what they need without you having to compile anything.

For multi-unit properties, we also offer RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System) to allocate shared utility costs fairly across tenants — a meaningful income optimization tool that most property managers do not bother to implement.
